adjust.co.il belongs to the clinic of Dr. Victor Duani, rehabilitative chiropractic, with clinics in Ramat Aviv and Tuval. For any question about your information, contact us at 053-276-7776 or victorduani@gmail.com.
What the form collects
The contact form asks for your name and phone (required), email (optional), preferred clinic and a short description of what is bothering you. A short description is enough. Please don't send sensitive medical information, such as test results or diagnoses, in the form. We will go over those together at the examination.
How we use it
Only to call you back and arrange an appointment. We do not send marketing emails, and we do not sell or pass your information to others for marketing.
Who receives your inquiry
The form is sent through an external form service (Web3Forms) to the clinic's email inbox. Only Dr. Victor Duani and the clinic team read it. Contacting us by WhatsApp or phone is also subject to those providers' terms.
How long we keep it
Inquiry details are kept only as long as needed to arrange and follow up on your inquiry. If you become a patient, your medical record is managed separately, as required by law.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser only stores your display preference (light or dark). Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your IP address may reach Google.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us. Contact us by phone or email and we will handle it.
